The Empire 88 supertall is expected to reach its structural top-out milestone. A symbolic moment for the Thu Thiem skyline.

The city is expected to approve detailed design for Bridge 3 — the planned crossing from southern FA6 to District 4 — as a precondition for construction tendering.

GS E&C is expected to launch the second residential phase of Zeit River with fresh foreign-quota inventory.
