Eco Smart City at a glance
Eco Smart City is one of the largest single mixed-use schemes in the Thu Thiem master plan. Lotte Group is delivering a fully integrated retail-office-residential-hotel project on approximately 10 hectares at the Thu Thiem Bridge 1 landing β a location calibrated to capture both Thu Thiem resident footfall and District 1 / Binh Thanh visitor traffic.

The firm operates department stores, malls, hotels, F&B chains, and entertainment businesses across the region. For Vietnam, Eco Smart City represents Lotte\'s most significant single property investment to date.
Programme
The integrated programme includes a Lotte-anchored department store and retail mall, office towers calibrated for both multinational and domestic tenants, residential towers (with Lotte-branded operations expected), and a hotel component. The retail anchor is calibrated to function as a destination for the wider Thu Thiem population, not just for project residents.
Strategic significance
Eco Smart City\'s delivery is one of the more transformative single events for Thu Thiem\'s commercial maturity. The retail anchor will be the first large-format retail destination physically located within the master plan boundary. The office component will be among the earliest major office floorplate delivered in Thu Thiem outside the planned FA1 financial-centre campus. The hotel component adds branded hospitality inside the new urban area.
