The Crescent Park
The Crescent — a 50-hectare arc of parkland, water features, and waterfront promenade — is the defining piece of public realm in the master plan. Phased delivery is under way through the late 2020s. Sections of the western edge are already accessible.
Southern park (FA8)
The southern tip of the peninsula is reserved as a large public park with a planned marina. Built density there is intentionally minimal; the area will function as Thu Thiem\'s green termination and as a recreational destination for residents.
Saigon River frontage
The master-plan controls keep the riverfront edge continuous and publicly accessible — no privately-gated waterfront. The result is one of the longest continuous public river-frontage walks in Ho Chi Minh City.
